The City’s contractor will begin work on 3rd Street at the railroad crossing as a part of the railroad quiet zone project for the area. During this time 3rd Street will be closed to traffic between Ave F and Ave E as well as Walnut Ave between 1st St. and 3rd St. This closure will begin Tuesday, March 5 from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and continue on weekdays until March 15.
