Northbound Frontage Road at Williams Way Blvd in Richmond. 1 Inside Lane. Closed daily from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday, February 1 to Tuesday, February 2. Additionally, IH69/US59 north to south U-TURN at Williams Way will be closed from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Monday 2/1/2021 and Tuesday 2/2/2021.
