Councilor Tim Krugh was elected to the office of City Council At Large, Position 1 in May 2021.

Born in Chambersburg, PA, Councilor Krugh settled in Rosenberg in 2014 with his wife Suk Hi and their 2 rescue German Shepherds after serving 23 years and 8 months on active duty in the US Air Force. During that time, Tim served in Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. After years of moving every few years, Rosenberg is now forever home. Tim holds 2 Associates degrees from the Community College of the Air Force and a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a parishioner at Holy Rosary Catholic Church where he also serves on the Pastoral Council. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. He also has a son and a grandson. Tim is currently employed by Energy Transfer as an Operator Qualification Compliance/Technical Training Senior Specialist.
